Live Madhesh takes your personal details very seriously in its private nature.
It explains how we handle the information that we gather while accessing and using our websites. Please be patient to read this note.
Unlike most website operators, KoshiPati gathers non-personal information, such as browsers sort, language preferences, the referral site and the date and time of any user request, that web browsers and servers usually provide. The goal of Koshipati in collecting information that is not directly identifiable is to better understand how visitors to KoshiPati use the website. KoshiPati may sometimes publish information that does not classify individuals in the collection, e.g. by publishing of a pattern report on the use of the site.
Today Khoj also gathers potentially personal information, such as IP addresses. Today Khoj is not using such information to identify guests and does not divulge such information even under the same conditions as the personal identity information mentioned below. Khoj does not use such information.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Some KoshiPati websites users prefer to communicate with KoshiPati in ways that allow KoshiPati to obtain personal information. The quantity and kind of knowledge Khoj receives today depends on what happens. In order to provide user names and e-mail addresses, for example, visitors who login today are asked. In each case, KoshiPati collects these information only to the degree that the object of visitor contact with KoshiPati is necessary or acceptable.
Khoj does not today reveal information about himself other than the details mentioned below. And users should only have personal information with the assurance that such actions related to the website can be avoided.
Khoj is already able to gather data on tourists’ behaviour. For example, KoshiPati will track KoshiPati’s most common collections.
Khoj will now publicly view or reveal this information to others. Today, however, Khoj does not reveal personal details other than as mentioned below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Today Khoj publishes information that could be publicly identifiable and specifically identifiable only to those of staff, contractors and related organisations who, in order to access this information on behalf of KoshiPati to offer the services provided on KoshiPati’s websites, I have agreed to not report it to anyone, I need to know the information. These could be staff, vendors and associates outside your home state, and you commit to passing the data to them using the KoshiPati websites. We can also choose to buy or sell properties in certain situations. User identification is typically one of the company properties exchanged in these kinds of transactions. In fact, if KoshiPati or essentially of its properties were purchased or if KoshiPati were unlikely to be lost or bankrupt, the customer data would become part of the properties that a third party sells or acquires. You accept that these transactions are necessary, and that any KoshiPati acquirer can continue to use your personal and non-personal information only as laid down in this agreement. However, KoshiPati does not rent or sell any publicly identifiable details to others.
As outlined above, Today Khoj only discloses information which is potentiually identity and personal data, as mandated by statute, or where Today Khoj assumes in good faith that it is fairly appropriate to protect the properties or interests of KoshiPati, third parties or the public in general, except for its staff, contractors and related organisations. When you’re an email user of a KoshiPati website, KoshiPati might often contact you to tell you new features and ask for your recommendations, or just keep you aware about what’s happening with KoshiPati and its products. We reserve the right to publish your request and help us explain, respond to your request or to assist other users if you give us a request (e.g. via an assist eMail or through one of our input mechanisms). Today, Khoj takes appropriate measures to defend against unauthorized entry, use, deletion or destruction of information that may identify or identify individuals.
They should also be mindful that information that they send to “chat rooms,” “blogs” or “message boards” turns that information into public data, which ensures that you forfeit your privacy rights over that information. These interactions can also increase the risk of inappropriate contact.

Address Book Data
Any external address book data (e-mail addresses, etc.), which a user allows users KoshiPati access, can only be used for the features listed (looking up friends, etc.).
